I was already a vBv customer no problems..
Around Christmas 2009 I tried to make a purchase online with IE.
The transaction proceeded as expected and I got a vBv screen to inset my 3 letters. It also had a section for ATM PIN. This screen froze and replicated several times like a shadow. The only way to get out of it was to turn off the PC. I booted up and tried again this happened once more and I took some screen grabs before it froze. When you looked at the vBv it was almost spot on apart from the PIN request..
I purchased by phone no problem.
I ran some new AV which picked up and dealt with some issues and I also switched to Firefox. I have never had a problem since vBv
Tried to report the issue to Barclaycard Fraud and they weren't in the slightest bit interested."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

They really don't. Even after my convo on the phone to the team, I asked about it in the bank. Got no where with that, cept to talk to the fraud dept.
I've made transactions with the quick flash by vBv (accepts in, nothing to enter in) that I feel should've been picked up as query legit transaction too. Things that I've paid for, but were something or somewhere that I've never done before, or for amounts that were maybe higher.0 -

I dont think they query VbV transactions, cos as far as they are concerned, not only has all the card info been provided correctly but you have also correctly negated the xtra layer of security, which VbV essentially is.0 -

I recently went on a spending spree with another visa credit card whilst doing two lots of DIY. They did call me to double check after a run of smaller items on the two popular internet sale sites, not vBv transactions.
Next month they increased my limit:D not that I use it."If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....
