    Unprofessional, unresponsive, dreadful

A disgrace to their profession, and should not be trusted. You will be dealing with people who simply don't care, up to the point when you finally make a special trip to their office to PROCEED, only to discover at the 11th hour all the fundamental basics of any sale have been overlooked when an actual solicitor finally looks at your file.
  • Utter Disgrace to the Legal Profession. I used this bunch of clowns back in 2001. For a simple purchase of freehold woodland, that ended up taking 6 months. Then another 6 months to get the land certificate back from them. Avoid like the plague..

Well, as a seasoned poster on this forum, so not spamming, let me add my pennyworth.

I have used them to sell properties, and they've been very efficient and very, very cheap. No extra charges were added, the progress was smooth and efficient, the on-line monitoring and tracking was faultless, and I always received comprehensive answers to my questions.

Nope, I certainly don't work for them. I would only recommend them for straightforward selling.

I would never, ever, EVER use an online solicitor for buying a property, or for anything more simple than an easy sale with a keen buyer. However, for the price, the service is fine.

None of my sales presented any difficulties for them to overcome, co I couldn't comment on that aspect.
  • No spam from me, I am a long time lurker on this excellent forum ,and when I saw the name NBM come up; I felt compelled to comment. I even remember writing a letter of complaint to the senior partner. Which was ignored. All this was before I even had access to the internet. I found them through an advert in the local paper. Please, if you are considering using this firm, Just don't!! You will almost certainly come to regret it. Best regards Paul..
