I know it is an imbalance of good/bad bacteria??
sorry if it sounds trivial, but things like this, and other minor niggles could crop up in any situation lol..
Drink lots of cranberry juice, it helped me when I had it. If it doesn't clear up by Monday you should see your GP for some antibioticsBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I have been really run down lately, had a very bad coldsore about 2 weeks ago, ( cant remember ever having one).
I have been drinking a lot more coke lately, so maybe that might have contributed to it...
Thinking about it, have bought cheaper loo roll lately, comfort something or other in HB, wonder if that might have done it??
Trying to cut costs back even further..Work to live= not live to work0 -

Ah, caffeine is a very big trigger ie coke, coffee, tea, chocolate
You need to take any chance you can get to just rest with your feet up. Important to listen to your body and it is saying to take it easy for a while. Soups, easy to digest but good foods. Porridge and raisins for breakfast, soups and more soups, with lots of veg in them. Forget meat for a bit Give people lists so you can rest
no wheat, sugars, alcohol and dairy. Important to increase the body`s alkalinity ie lots of veg, brown rice, watermelon, avoid citrus, soft drinks, tomatoes, vinegar. Look up to see how to make your own simple and soothing barley water without additives.
Thrush may be present and contributing so no harm done with a bit of live natural yoghurt on a tampon or towel0 -

, although Filoviridae (Ebola and Marburg) were first classified in 1982 (and the classification revised almost every year since) there is no major reasons to suggest any major conspiracy behind them.
Much of the conspiracy theory stuff I've seen is simply recycled from the HIV theories (now proven to have a 1920 Kinshasa as its major expansion point).
I find this really interesting, I was surprised at how quickly the pharmaceutical companies have managed to find a vaccine and can roll it out in massive numbers so quickly...OR...they have always had the vaccine and now our Governments are willing to pay top dollar to prevent an epidemic so 'ta da!' here's a vaccine :mad:DMP journey about to begin...

MLW....
Thanks for the heads-up on the Ikea solar lamps, got one the other day, they work really well!.......will be getting a couple more maaybe after pay day.
Do they 'run-out' though?....or have a time they keep working or need any new parts?
Clearly i'm a dim-whit when it comes to these lamps......I was actually looking for what kind of 'bulb' I had to get as a back-up......Durrhhhh....
Award for idiot that day in Ikea goes to......Moi.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -

They have been quite blunt about the fact that they have not being searching for a treatment or vaccine because there is no money in something that infects 400 people every five years or so; even more so when they are poor people in Africa.
The other point that rather get glossed over is the disasterous vaccine campaign in Nigeria (polio I think) when a US company decided to side step US drug testing rules and killed or damaged a number of children. This is what is behind the resistance to polio vaccine campaigns in northern Nigeria to this day.
That is also at least one reason why companies are less keen to try experimental treatments like Zmapp and serum treatment in Africa than in the US and Europe. They offered Zmapp to the team treating Sheikh Khan but they declined and I think the dose when to Brantley or his colleague.
So US companies had no incentive and are also terrified of being accused of "Neo-colonial" abuse of African people. Now ebola is an international concern and WHO and other organistations are prepared to allow express testing, those barriers are down.
Add to that that work on other vaccines has probably improved their understanding of how to create a vaccine, the very high mortality rate making even partial protection valuable and the possibility that the infection will become endemic. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
