thinking of you both thriftwizard and Ali
Ali, i had a Tia myself a few years ago, and found that my memory was shot to pieces for a while, tbh i still dont think it has ever really came fully back and i miss the old me... i did a wee bit of research into it and started taking things like taurine, soya lecithin, phosphatidyl serine and lipoic acid, i cant swear they have helped, but i feel my memory and ability to stay in a conversation is better than it was .. i would be talking to someone and just forget where i was, i remember looking at a daffodil and knowing it was a yellow flower but coudnt remember its name,
i get very frustrated with it, and as i say i miss the old me, the person that could handle anything... but i make the most of what i have, and i am sure your dad will be the same0 -
TW and Ali sending my best wishes your way x
Our whole village has had a blow in the last 24 hours, the Doctor who died at sea is our local (not used by me though) and a man was hit by a car outside the Co op last night and he died this morning from head injuries.
The junction where he was hit is a nightmare and I feel for the bloke who has hit him as well as it is impossible to see all angles at this junction so he must fee terrible as . Sad all round.
