Hmm. I have stopped visiting for checkups as my dentist always 'found' something needed doing. I'm not convinced that the things did need doing.

I've never heard of the above problem before. Have you thought of getting a second opinion?

I understand What you are saying, and I will if worse is recommended. However I know that I do clench and grind my teeth in my sleep, and that the misaligned jaw can cause headaches. £75, whilst a lot of money, may be worthwhile to keep my teeth and prevent some of the problems caused by clenching.

She couldn't have been lovelier but the 42a and 44s have a minimum cup-size of DD. :wall::wall: Because, obviously, if you have a big rib cage it's not just because you're nearly 6 feet tall and big-boned, it's because you're Rubenesque all over and therefore have mahoosive boobage.

:o I am apparently the only female in the land with a rangy build and relatively-small rack. And no one is making under-pinnings to fit me because I'm obviously a mutant - arrrrggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

Fellow mutant here. Forgive the de-lurking, but had to comment.

I myself gave up on upper body undergarments some time ago, being of a body type best described as a tomato with 2 pimples.:o However, would something like this be useful ?

Anyone else here prepared to admit that, on receipt of an invitation requiring smart attire, they immediately start to think of excuses not to attend, purely based on wardrobe isshews?

YESSSS!!! Someone's just insisted that "the girls have to dress up" for our office Xmas lunch - this person happens to be female, but as far as I'm concerned, how unsisterly can you be, insisting that people have to dress up at lunch !!!!!!? I've paid a deposit, so it goes against the grain to lose it, but equally I don't want to be spending money on something I will NEVER wear again, and it's money that could have been spent on wellies. (Well grumpy here - can you tell?)

Just dress how you want, it's not like they will say you can't go :)

    Plain dress with glittery scarf?
It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!

If you don't have something already for a posh lunch how about looking in some charity shops. I bet you could find a nice sparkly type top to wear with trousers or a skirt you already have for a couple of quid and a good cause would benefit as well.

Failing that ask around friends or relatives and borrow something.

:( Thanks, craigyw, but looking at their website it's the same issue; that larger band size I need comes with a much larger cup than I require.

Beggar it; am waiting to my pal to arrive in a minute and then we're off in her car to visit and dine with other pals out of town.

Try fig leaves, ann summers and boux avenue but your bank account will have a huge dent!! (from my dd with similar underpinnings issues)

As one who is much happier in a muddy field than a five star eatery, I truly sympathise.

I have a stash of simple chiffon tops and matching cardigans coupled with a pair of smart black pants, flat shoes and a rather good handbag.

I dress them up with cheap bling jewelry. Most of the items came from charity shops and fleabay.

    :) Thanks, elona.

Just looked at their sizing guide and they don't have 42s any smaller than a DD. Not sure about whether we have a Bravissimo store here, may check next week. Am too stropped about it to do something tomorrow or on Saturday.

I might want to do something fun like, oh, a root canal filling.
Is your m and s a small shop? My medium sized store does sizes up to 42 and I usually have plenty to choose from in a 40c.
