The exact same thing happened to a number of friends of mine a couple of years ago . From what I remember Ticketmaster just changed the seats and sold the original seats at a higher price as some kind of VIP package. My friends were completely brushed off by Ticketmaster and it was only when they enmasse got the press involved (through the artist's fan forum it came out several people were affected) they were given better seats.

I'm a little hazy on the details how they approached it and got it resolved exactly but if you PM me I'll get in touch with my friend and find out if it'd help anyone..

To be fair I've often got front row/2nd row seats from ticketmaster at fanclub presale and never had a problem personally.

The cost of Justin Bieber annual fan club is £99, so this makes the whole thing absolutely outrageous.

You pay the £99 to get good seats, which you then get, then you are moved without being informed to inferior seats.

Complete rip off and just fraud really, as it is a con.
