Justin bieber tickets warning - check your bookings

This is a warning if you bought any fan club seats for Justin Bieber from a company called Ticketmaster.
I paid a fan club subscription so we could guarantee some good fan club seats near the stage.
We bought tickets last week for Liverpool Arena and got some very good seats near the stage.
I checked the booking with Ticketmaster today and our seats have been moved without any prior notice or attempt to inform me.
I have checked with Liverpool Arena and these seats we bought are still being used for this concert, so there is no legal reason why Ticketmaster have moved us from fan club seats that we paid a premium for and also a fan club subscription to poor seats near the back of the arena.
I am contacting Justin Bieber fan club for an explanation for this as this is basically fraud as the seats we have paid a premium for through the fan club have now been changed without notice or warning.
I have already cancelled the tickets from Ticketmaster and have asked for a reason why the seats were moved.
I am absolutely disgusted by this and I will have no hesitation in contacting the media to inform them that this fan club is basically conning people who have paid to buy fan club seats and then just get moved a few days later without being told or given any explanation.
I advise everyone who bought fan club seats to check their bookings with Ticketmaster immediately to check that you have not been conned either.
This whole matter is absolutely disgraceful way to treat people and needs to be rectified immediately.
Good luck.

    They have no explanation!
Their customer services actually said there is no reason we can see as the seats are still being used for this concert.
My thoughts are they are now using this area to sell VIP more type tickets and packages at £350 per ticket and have simply moved all the original buyers out of these seats.
The promoters or Ticketmaster or both have just basically decided to just remove all the fan club seats to the back of the venue so they can make more money out of selling VIP packages.
    Absolute disgrace.

I bought tickets for the Liverpool date, not through the fan club - but amex presale and on checking my booking, see that they have moved my tickets from the floor section to the upper tier! no communication from ticketmaster yet.

I have been on another forum and apparently this is happening for Birmingham NIA and Manchester Arena bookings as well.

As I said before absolute disgrace, being moved for no reason other than to squeeze more money out of people.

Do you have the confirmation email saying what your seat numbers and rows are . This is what you were offered and accepted .You are going to be out of pocket through booking fees postage etc no doubt and not getting to see JB also and being and joining a fan club must be heart ripping . More so than money lost. A rip off in the hightest order. good luck and let us know how it goes

I have email confirmation of booking and payment was made same day. This appears to be meaningless to Ticketmaster.

I didn't get tickets for my DDs this time as they have recently seen him at the Summertime Ball at Wembley, but last year we had to join the Bieber fever fan club to get good seats in the Ticketmaster pre-sale for the O2 in March. Had really good seats with no problems, so wonder if it is the same fan club as it was a bit of a swizz paying for the club (for which they got a wrist band and poster and they could have posted on the website). I personally have always found TM good so shoocked that this has happened to you.

I did read that London sold out very quickly and dates for other venues were cancelled for Justin Bieber to play more London dates, disappointing fans who had purchased tickets for those other venues. Disgraceful way to treat young fans IMO.
