    Buble on sale next week!

If you get any at the front, you will end up next to the toilets if you book with Ticketmaster.

Almost a guarantee if you buy through the fan club.

  • I have just noticed this thread and it is correct, we have been ripped off as well. After gettting some fabulous seats close to the stage we have been moved back to the middle of the venue..

I too bought tickets from the fanclub through Ticketmaster and I have just received this email:

Justin Bieber - Liverpool Echo Arena

    Dear customer,
This is an email regarding the tickets that you have purchased for the Justin Bieber event at Liverpool Echo Arena, taking place on 24 February 2013.

We are extremely sorry to inform you that due to a Ticketmaster error with the allocation, the incorrect tickets were released for sale at the time of your booking.

We have been able to allocate you alternative seating, the details of which will be printed on your tickets, which will be dispatched to you closer to the event.

Alternatively, you can check which seating you have been allocated by visiting your 'My Ticketmaster' account.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. All service fees charged by Ticketmaster have been refunded back to you by way of an apology and this will appear in your account in the next 5 to 10 days.

If you require any further assistance, please visit our FAQs.

    Best Wishes,
    Ticketmaster Customer Service

This Ticketmaster 'con' isn't just limited to Justin Bieber. I purchased pre -sale Cheryl Cole tickets (for my daughter of cause ;) ) through Cheryls own website/ticketmaster. About a week later my tickets were changed from really good ones to mediocre ones. By this time, the tickets had gone on general sale and there was no chance of purchasing 'good' tickets.

heres what i would do .(but im not a happy faced JB fan aged 14) i am a rather large builder aged mid 40s. I would take the seat number and find my original seat and ask them when they booked their seat . show them your seat number and tell them your not bothered about it but would like to know . If they dont know have a pre written letter for their parents with a contact number or email to explain it further . Next time it could be them or their kid getting ripped off . good luck

agreed . my worry is you paid a subsciption to stand more chance to get a better seat. ( you couldnt be guaranteed a front or near front seat because if everyone paid the excess someone would have to sit at the back)How many times can they sell "enhanced" seats then move them . After all they're JB fans signed up to JB fan club. Most will not want a refund.nor want to make a stink. There has to be JB forums is this happening at other venues? other concerts ? And with whathappenedtothesummers first post and the responce from ticketmaster i would reply NO STICK THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CHEAP SEATS NOT ME . AND WOULD FOR SURE BE SEEKING MY REFUND FROM THE FAN CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

Private ticket buyers usually get the worst seating deal for arena shows. Its happened to me twice. When Genesis played at Old Trafford in 2007 I purchased tickets within seconds of the event being on sale. My seat was almost in Oldham. Last year it was the same for Roger Waters @ Man Arena. Yet many years ago I was seated about 30 rows from the front at Earls Court. The only thing different was that I went on a coach trip for that. Think it boils down to money, most things do.
