I had this with N&P, except they hung up on me when I insisted there was no BT fee.0 -
Cheddar, I would suggest that you phone them on Monday and ask them to do the application there and then over the phone. If they refuse, and I don't see why they should you should ask why not as you know of other people who have done so under the circumstances. Hope all goes well.

ps I posted my filled out application back yesterday and I will update here when there is something to report.0 -
I rang the Belfast branch as nothing came from emailing. Spoke to a real person and the form came within a couple of days. We then had a letter saying the application had been received and was being considered on the same day that the card came. I organized it for my husband and he rang to arrange the BT which they were happy to do for the whole (albeit small) credit limit. He rang yesterday and the transfer will be done within the next 10 days I believe.CCs @0% £24k Dec 05 £19,621.41 Au £13400 S 12600 Oct £11,981 £9481 £7500 Nov £7250 D £7100 Jan 6950 F £5800 Mar£5400 May £4830 June £4660 July £4460 Aug £3200, S £900, £0 18/9/07 DFW Nerd 0420

It may well be a lot faster. I requested my transfer by phone on Tuesday, and this morning (Saturday) I could see the payment on the other credit card.0 -
Got my letter confirming balance transfer (2k) from my Post Office card yesterday. no mention of any fee.
Also got my card and limit (4k) today. Very happy0 -
Are you sure they are going to allow this transfer to another Bank of Ireland card?0

It took them almost three weeks for the application form to arrive by post for me (after emailing via the website). I sent it off by post yesterday. I will have to wait and see. I have another account with RBS that has no balance at the moment so they may not be too willing to let me have another account. We will see. I'm hoping...Indecision is the key to flexibility0
