Ring the Belfast City branch on 028 9024 4112. I'm sure they could organise an appy to be sent out for you.0

Better still ring 08007838591 and apply for an 'Ulster Rugby Master Card' (Bank of Ireland) 0% on balance transfers for 6 months with NO FEE.
I emailed weeks ago with no responce but phoned yesterday and applied on the phone. Waiting now for paperwork to sign (I hope)

after a longish wait have finally received my ulster bank application form....so far so good except I notice that in the summary box it says under 'Charges'
''if you undertake any advance on your account you will be charged 2% (minimum £2) of the transaction."
I assume this refers to cash withdrawals only and not balance transfers but it doesnt say so explicitly...
am I right to be suspicious has anyone else noticed this or is it new??
any help appreciated.....0 -

This fee is only for cash advances, not BTs (or at least not for BT's in the first 6 months)
However, watch out:
I received my Ulster Gold card the other day and phoned them to arrange a BT. The CSA tried to tell me there was a 2.5% fee for the 0% 6 month BT.
I told her there was no BT fee mentioned in the Ts and Cs at all. She went to check and then apologised - there would be no fee.
I advise you to make sure you confirm all the details with them when you arrange your BT.

Received my acceptance letter, and confirmation they were moving the £2k that I requested from another card yesterday. No details of any balance transfer charge on the letter. Guess I'll have to wait for my first statement...
Process did take a while - 3/4 weeks from first applying0 -

Just called them on that number... they said they'd get someone to ring me back to complete the application:money:

I must say I used the online form and got a form in the post the same week. I had the card within 3. when I did the BT I made them confirm there was no fee in advance - the CSA had to check but did confirm it quite quickly.Fortune's always hiding, I've looked everywhere......0

Cheddar, it's a free phone number so ring them again. My application arrived fully printed out this morning and is now signed and on its way back.

Thanks John, looks like I'll have to try them again tomorrow or Monday, since I've still heard nothing_________________________________________________
