well looks like im not the only person caught out by this site, the 69.50 came out of my account i will try and get a refund but im just not sure on what i have to say when i write to them, help would be much appreciated.0

Just say you do not require a loan so are requesting a refund in accordAnce with the terms and conditions.
Don't rant and rave, just keep it plain and simple, no shouts of illegal this and watchdog that, not relevant.0 -
