I have just won an auction from a seller wirh 0 feedback. Emailed him to confirm payement details six days ago and still have no response. Is he on hols, has his PC crashed, is he in hstpital, has he changed his mind. In the meantime I want this Item and if he is not going to sell I need to get something else. Poor communication leads to missunderstandings and problems.

Emailed the guy today to confirm his intentions, Email address returns as invalid.

I cannot catch my breath with the statements that you have come out with in this thread. It sellers like you that make buyers lives a nightmare.

You may reply after a week??! So basically, as long as you get your monies, you don't really give a stuff about your customers?

So when you receive a neg, do you neg them straight back in retalitation?

No, I very rarely send out negs, too busy listing and selling.
I do take on board your comments, buyers keep buying and we keep the vast majority more than happy

How long is a piece of string? I,m listening to a CD I received this morning, which I won on March 10. A record even for me. I am waiting for a cheque for an item I sold last Friday 25 March. I have won items at 9pm Monday and received them 8am Wednesday. The most annoying thing for me, like many, is lack of communication. I try hard to let people know that I have received payment, posted item etc. Many are operating as a business and seem to think that replying is too much hassle (as one message clearly stated). I take exception to this on the grounds that if it weren't for the buyer they wouldn't have a business. I treat this lack of respect in two ways: feedback and I don't ever buy from them again.
