Hi im having the same problem apart from my credit limit is still there. i got accepted for £300 credit and placed an order 1st ever one. it said thankyou for you order and gave me a delivery date. when i checked it on track this order it says credit rejected. Im sorry but why the hell give credit then not let them use it sounds silly if the item doesnt get delivered i will be going else were to purchase the goods. its the first time i have had a catalogue well any credit at all. my credit rating is off the chart good. i will be giving a bad review
Sorry but if i understand you correctly- you don't have a credit rating that is off the chart at all im afraid. Because you won't have one due to no credit history at all.
