NTL change of name.Still same old rubbish

I am sure Richard Branson will live to regret the day he allowed Virgins fairly trusted name be associated with those bunch of idiots that are NTL.
Every month my bill is incorrect.I ring them and am put on hold for anything up to 20 minutes.I finally get through and someone promises to correct the problem and re-issue a new bill and promises that next month it will be correct.
I put the phone down and think problem over,but no,nothing happens and the next bill is also wrong.
If this is happening to lots of people then Mr Branson be afraid,be very afraid.
