So the only way someone can contact you is by either of these methods.
Very helpful if you are not a Talktalk customer or don't tweet.0 -
I ordered Talk Talk in March for my disabled Son who is unable to leave his home. They didn't ever connect his land line and twice we were promised an engineer visit but both times no one turned up
After countless emails and phone calls saying we would not be charged I am still getting bills and now we are having threatening letters from a debt collection agency!!0 -
hi cajef,
Customers can Contact Us using either telephone, letter, email, Forum, or Twitter for support requests. We also communicate with customers via External Sites, Forums and Facebook with generic advice and help. So in response to your query no the above is not the only methods customers can contact us. However when contacting customers via forums, we offer a forum as support, as this gives a matched contact method.
Also the Twitter and Forum are managed by the Online Community Department, meaning we retain visbility of and ownership of any issues we investigate.
@Matt2222 Im sorry to hear of the problems you ahve experienced. If you contact us using the above methods we can investigate.
Regards
Mark

Thats the basic nub of your problem there. His original complaint should have been dealt with properly first time. However, he had to deal with some first line support person sitting at a desk in the Philippines or India who does not have the knowledge or account privileges to deal with it.BEWARE OF AUTO-RENEWAL0
