    Hi.

Ten minutes spare before I go off to the drop-in, bearing my 2 large apple tarts and huge bowl of Eton mess which is our pudds for tonight.

    You all sound busy.

HH: Don't you think your OH might be too tired for one of your treats.:D

    Oops. I'm being summoned.

Done naff all, took DS to a party at the place we had DDs at yesterday. Feel like I should move there permamently. Popped to see my mum, not watching the tennis. Good match.

Tea will be quick pasta and chicken in tomato sauce as I am glued to the TV :o

    Gorgeous kitties Islandmaid.:)

Well ive just walked in and i'm shattered. Found the new garden centre but it really wasnt any better than the one i usually use. Couldnt help buying another Buzy Lizzie to add to my collection. I love Busy Lizzies.

Popped into the pet shop on the way back so i could oggle at the bunnies and guinea pigs. I'd really love another pet but i think ive got enough to do cleaning out the chinchilla and cleaning up after the dogs. Then theres the added expense of feeding/vets bills etc. No i will stick to what ive already got but i think i am getting broody again.:(

Got lots to do before bedtime but i think i'll just colapse in the chair for now.

LW - its so funny our ancient Westie wants to be friends with the kittens but all they do is spit and hiss at him, poor dogs so confused, he loves cats and they can't stand him - i'm sure they'll be friends eventually x

    Evening all,

Just polished off roast chicken, gammon for DS2 as he's intolerant to chicken, all the trimmings, and one of the worst Victoria sponges I've ever made :rotfl:Thought I had time before DGD arrived, but it wasnt quite done-then she arrived and I forgot all about it so its rather dry:eek:Slapped plenty of jam and cream on,and it was passable.

Watched the tennis in between playing with DGD,shame, thought he did really well.

We have taken the house off the market, havent had a viewer since Easter,so we are going to do some decorating and a couple of alterations, then try with a different agent in a bit.
    Loving all the kittypics
    RR-glad you had a lovely time :j
BBrain-sorry you've been poorly, hope you get your oomph back soon
LW and JO-hope the achy bones are a bit better now.

Off to watch Corrie, have a nice evening all xx

Help needed please. Due to DH work we need to urgently find somewhere to live close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.

Can anyone tell me about the areas of Harbourne, Edgbaston and Selly Oak. Selly Oak seems a lot cheaper. Is there any particular reason. No kids so schools not a problem.

    Any help gratefully received.
