We paid £503 for two return flights (Glasgow to Palma). Unfortunately, with six weeks to go, we are unable to use the flight tickets and thought we would sell them to friends at a massive discount, and pay any fees which were incurred. When we investigated the cost of the fees, Jet2 customer service advised that there was a charge of £35 per person per journey (£140), and an admin fee of £89 per person per journey (£356). Total charge to change the names on the flights = £496!
Our friends wisely bought flights elsewhere for less than this.

I have emailed Jet2 tonight, at [EMAIL="callcentre@jet2.com"]callcentre@jet2.com[/EMAIL] to ask for a 'discretionary refund'. (It seems that some folk have had success in recouping some of their money this way.)
