First I have to apologise, I just don't seem to be able to catch up on diaries yet :o, but I have to say, your getting the hang of this even with all the work you have going on :T Well, I did read the bit about you saving on hotel and drinks  so you have just put the savings to good use. And, of course, if you can make another o/p once paid and before 31.12.16 that would also be good, as most 10% o/p allowances begin again on the 1.1.17. Just saying . . . . Hope you have light and heat before Xmas.

so new front door and surround in, but one of the panels is wrong, also uncovered a concrete lintel that needs replacing - no more work until the new year.

So my family have moved back in at last, with the house running at about 50%. No work being done this week, although I've chipped away the concrete round the leaking downpipe and identified the problem. Might try and fix it tomorrow, which will bring the upstairs bathroom back on-line.

Back to work tomorrow, but working from home so not too bad.

    Very cold tonight - brrrrrrrr!!!

Made a small OP of 71.49 to round the mortgage down, my AFKOP.

Aiming to be 60% LTV by May.

Work is still on-going on the house - New window and back door in, in the utility room, the units are going in today too. So progress is being made.
