Have pulled out all my children's Disney DVDs to sell on ebay. Don't think I'm a mean mother as they never watch them but am having slight second thoughts!
Not tried it personally but you could always put one in when dyeing something else then you've got at least 1 item out of the dye even if it doesn't work.
Well we've got lovely sunshine here but it's proper autumn-y cold - I love this time of year. Think we'll go out for a drive and see my mum's exhibition this afternoon. Got a very huggy DD today so grandma and grandad can benefit from some of them! Then back home for more revising - getting fed up now, almost wish I could just have the exam now and get it over with! (except I've not finished re-reading and making revision notes).0 -
My DDs regretted getting rid of their Disney DVDs, they've started collecting them again
Proud mum alert
DD1 got the job! :j:T

Hi Guys,
Just a wee note to thankyou for all your support and comradeship over the past while - I've truely appreciated it and have enjoyed getting to know you all in some way.
I've thought a lot about this and have made the decision to seriously curtail my use of the internet, and MSE in particular. I'm spending too much time online, time I could be using to do other things, and I've found lately that the flavour of the boards in some instances hasn't sat well with me.
Didn't want to just disappear as i've valued the online relationship built up with many.
Thankyou, and good luck for the future

Hope you're OK Westcoastscot, and that all goes well with you.
Well done Miss Pooky! You've made me re-re-think the Disney DVDs now though! Maybe I should hold off. : (0 -
Well done Miss Pooky! I hope there's more good news for you and your cat returns.
WCS, at least pop in from time to time to let us know how you are, don't disappear completely. xx
http://www.postoffice.co.uk/letters-parcels/sending-uk-letters-parcels/christmas/last-posting-dates I know that the C word is dreaded but a heads up that the surface mail deadlines are fast approaching (and for non-european/us/middle east destinations has been and gone). I'm going to send my three overseas parcels this week - bought in the dotcomgiftshop sale in January, now that's money-saving! I have to buy some Aldi chocolate for my poor chocolate-addicted Hong Kong 'daughter' as it's nearly impossible to get out there and is horrendously expensive. It costs a fortune to air-mail packages to Hong Kong and the US so I am determined to go surface mail this year. The parcel to my friend in Spain will still probably go airmail though.
It's a beautiful day here, very bright and sunny - but there was frost on the roofs and on the grass this morning . I'm off out for a little meander with the dogs as it's so gorgeous. Although Bruno is sunbathing on his cushion in a patch of sunlight coming through the window so he might not want to move .....Aspire not to have more but to be more.
