My son did really well with his exams and Im so very proud of him as he had a year off school in year 9 as he had a chronic hip injury and had a very tough time x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Help! DS2 has basically been given grades for every section/exam and we have no idea what they all mean and what his overall grades are. DH has read them to me over the phone, he doesn't have a clue either and I've sent him and DS1 back into college to find out.

Special gentle hug for kidcat, what a lovely thing to do for those kids. They will always remember your kindness.

Hair. Have you tried coating the hair with coconut oil before washing? It makes the hair much more manageable.

Love the double slanket, ordered one for when we sit on our swing and watch the stars.

    DD1 did so well :j 1 A, 3 B's, 4 C's and 2 D's - the D's were expected as they were subjects she didn't want to take. She's so, so pleased and we're so, so proud. :T

    congratulations on all the GCSEs,

SDG there should be a summary sheet which gives overall mark as well as the full break down. :)

Kidcat if there had been a summary sheet then I would have know. We just got the certificate with no explanation. It turns out his results are the first column.

I is feeling very much at home and very very normal in here. I enjoy seeing ghosts and talking to people's dead rellies but at least I haven't got an imaginary friend tied up in my hall cupboard like somebody I could mention.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Ok I'm bad. I know. :D
