    Possession- oh my, maybe he should choose the job he wants most and play the other one off against it, he may well end up with a much better offer than originally :)

    PAh great job there hunny, looks fab. Bl**dy HA - should be shot the lot of them.

    And line up the leccy boards next to them - ours tried to up our payments by £20 a month but OH went over it all in great detail and its just them trying to get more cash out of us, we changed tariiff and have no rises till 2014 :T

    Nuttyp well done on the job and Possession I hope your OH manages to sort things out so he gets the best job.

    Great news Nutty!!!

    Possession - Hope Mr P manages to decide what's best! Our boiler is of similar age, we don't use it often for fear of it clonking out. I've given in and lit a fire tonight. We've had tea on our laps infront of it.....bliss.

    Hope the storms in America don't come to as much as expected and really hope they don't make their way over to us like their weather systems have a habit of doing.

    PAH - http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/liverpool-news/in-the-mix/2011/06/08/award-winning-back-alley-garden-that-brought-a-community-together-100252-28839340/ they had issues with the council initially but won them over I believe, I assume MP may have been involved, but it may be worth contacting them and asking who they spoke to. :)
