The rate would never be locked for the duration of the card.
The exchange rate on a card like that will always be what ever the rate they are showing for that day. For example if you loaded £100 on Monday the rate may be 1.25 to £1 so you would have 125 in your account, but if you topped that up with another £100 the following Friday the rate could be 1.22 to £1, for which you would get 122. Totalling 247 in your account balance.0 -
