I unlocked mine on ebay. Got sent 1 code and it worked first time

I'm using it on ovivo which uses the vodafone network anyway and I cannot grumble so far but as it's my first smartphone I have nothing to compare it to lol

my only gripe is setting the voicemail speed dial number (when you press and hold 1)

If I put another network sim in the phone, like orange, the voicemail number is set to oranges. But when I put my ovivo sim in the number is set to vodafone and I cannot change it from 121 to 265. It says

Voicemail number change unsuccessful. Please contact your operator if this problem persists

But I suspect this is a problem with the ovivo sim and not the phone

Its a Vodfone branded phone running Vodafone's own firmware, they may of taken the option out as you should only ever need to call Vodafones's voicemail service.
