You need to continue to supply Fit Notes until the DWP acknowledge the Tribunal Decision.

You can go on holiday but you need to inform the DWP. You only get 7 days notice of a WFI and a failure to attend can lead to sanctions on your benefit.

If The Tribunal Decision is AWARD ALLOWED on ESA WRAG, does it mean no need to get doctor fit note ? As I heard placed into WRAG do need supply Fit Notes but the Supoort Group don't need Fit Notes ?

Can I ask DWP to put me on support group instead cos I think ATOS decision on WRAG is wrong because my doctor say I still unfit for work and shouldn't be on WRAG.

Once you are in the WRAG or SG you do not need fit notes. When you are re-assessed, if you fail and appeal, you will need one then.

Addendum to your second question re the Support Group. You can appeal against being placed in the WRAG, but word from the wise, you'll likely need more than just a generalised opinion from your GP (no disrespect to him of course). You need specifics of why you qualify for SG criteria.

What do u mean re-assessment ? DWP cannot do this once you won the Tribunal hearing ? Why have to go through all over again with too much hassle from DWP/ATOS.

You can appeal against being placed in the WRAG,

If I do that, mean they need provide Fit Note again while appeal for SG! Am I correct ?

Calm down, please. Now, to answer both questions. You are placed in WRAG or SG for up to 3 years, after that it is re-assessment - ESA is not a lifetime award.

If you are in the WRAG and appeal for SG you do not need sick notes as you are still in the WRAG (apologies if the appeal bit was misleading)

OK, How to appeal SG while on the WRAG (ask the jobcentre for GL24 form) or will the jobcentre advisor might think I shouldnt place in the WRAG ? As My disability is for lifetime say my GP doctor as he provide me sick notes 10 times while on appeal.

Ask for a GL24. Jobcentre staff have nothing to do with the ESA decision making process (let's make that clear!). Sick notes are not enough - if you are basing the appeal on your GP's opinion, then they will need to be specific, eg how far can you reliably and repeatedly mobilise (if this is appropriate). Have your tried CAB or Welfare Rights as they are involved in these kind of appeals everyday?

Both CAB and welfare rights and my GP and social services say I should be on ESA SG lifetime because of my 100% disability affect in every days life and cannot work (danger awareness) .
