    Mealplan time! Here goes:

Sun: Savoury Chicken Wraps with salad
Mon: Bourbon BBQ Ribs with Sauteed Potatoes and Sweetcorn Fritters
Tues: Spanish Omelette, Salad, and bread & butter
    Weds: Meat Feast Pasta
Thurs: Chicken Drumsticks with Tomato & Bacon Rice
Fri: Going to try the Sweet & Sour Pork Balls with Noodles (from the 1st page of the Grocery Challenge thread)

Trying (still) to cut down on everything so portions are smaller and there are less snacks. I'm certainly not going to do any baking (a: too hot, and b: too tempting!)

Have a good week all! Thanks Nottoobadyet for starting the thread :)

My meal plan for last week went totally out of the window, but I don't feel too bad about it as I stuck to my rule: I can have something else if I don't fancy what's on my plan, but only if it's something from the freezer or cupboard - no buying something different! It's working well at running down the contents of the freezer, too.

Friday - Thai prawn noodles (moved from last week when I realised I didn't have any rice noodles left )
Saturday - takeaway pizza, using the code on the right (well, it's there as I'm typing - it may disappear later). It's very naughty, but I've had a lousy week what with one thing and another and feel the need to collapse on the sofa with junk food :o
Sunday - green chilli con carne (made with green chilli sauce, not green meat! ;))
Monday - ravioli pasta bake (the ravioli has a beef filling, so it should be something like a super-fast lasagne)
Tuesday - veggie burger inna bun with salad
    Wednesday - chilli bean-stuffed squash
Thursday - Spanish fish stew and bread or potatoes (I'll decide which later)

I've just remembered that I meant to put Boodle's olive roulade on my plan this week - oh well, it can go on next week's plan instead! :o
Back after a very long break!

Another fairly good week where I managed to stick to it (mostly). We have lots of after school activities this week and DH is on nights so it's quite difficult to accommodate. Meals might be swapped around a bit.

SAT: out for celebration meal (finished degree!!)
SUN: out to parents for more celebration food!
MON: Chilli wraps with salsa & sour cream.
TUE: Beans on toast or omlettes.
WEDS: Chicken breasts with roast pots & yorkshires.
    THURS: Pasta & sauce.

Breakfasts: Toast (H/M), porridge or muesli.
Lunches: Leftovers, pittas & salad or sandwiches (DD's have hot meal at school).
