Do you mean the, "Open a case if payment hasn't been received after"..... option. Only it's offering me a 4 days option here, as well as 16, 24 & 32 days.0 -
OK. I've just had a quick look on the ebay forum and it seems to be recommended. So I've gone ahead (I think) and signed up for it.0

On that matter, I don't have it set up to do that but that's just me wanting to be in control of that aspect.
Ebay also has a habit of failing. I have my feedback set to be left as soon as payment is made but in the last 2 weeks it has seemingly forgot to do this on most sales.0 -

I didn't even see the option to automatically leave feedback. So now I'm not sure if I've done this or not. I am getting myself confused, aren't I?
Ebay can be very erratic, can't it? My saved search emails used to come into my inbox in the early hours of the morning but now they don't come until nearly midday. I contacted ebay about it and they said it was my ISP, which it can't be, as I recently changed ISP's and it didn't make any difference.
