T-mobile renewal - am I better to cancel and get a deal from mobiles.co.uk?

daindian, feel free to keep me posted in some form how your experience with mobiles.co.uk goes. I am pretty sure I would have managed to do it all fine, but think I'm going to wimp out and stick with the £22 option. I sometimes spend £4 on lunch at work, so really it's not make or break for the potential hassle. Thanks for your input all. Should I expect him to allow me to pick it up from CPW store? There is one a lot closer to me, and after having crappy tmobile junk on my phone I would indeed prefer a clean handset.0

Yeh tell them to allow you to pick it up from there, tmobile bloat ware is horrible, your other option is do the upgrade in a CPw store, they will get to the same as what tmobile offer0

They wouldn't let me pick up from a CPW, and CPW wouldn't do the deal for me, so yeah I've just gone for it through t-mobile CS for £22 a month. Since I'm ordering online, at least I get my 7 working days to change my mind, the guy on the phone said you don't get that it you pick it up from the t-mobile store.0

Lol people have done that before, all you do is phone tmobile whilst in the CPw store and they sort it all out, anyway I hope delivery is free!0

I'm in a very similar situaiton to the OP, I have put up with my wildfire for 2 years and can renew tomorrow but have only been paying £10 a month. I don't think T-Mobile would see me as a wonderful customer as I've not really gone over my £10 line rental at all over 24 months. They tend to review that don't they when they consider an 'upgrade allowance' as such? I would really love the Samsung Galaxy S3 but do I stand any chance of getting it for under £30 a month? I've been with T-Mobile since 1996 if that counts?0
