Help needed to remember an ISP

I was trying to remember the name of the ISP that offers 1p a minute dial-up internet access and bills you after (One-Tel used to do it but its now 1.5p, but there's another)

I know of only one ISP which does 1p/m flat - Alpha Telecom - but it's a prepaid service.

TalkTalk were doing 1p per minute if you had their phone call service through them. Friend of mine signed up for it and they had a 99p a month charge which was waived until November which was when they were bringing out broadband.

Not sure if she was ever charge the 99p.
