            another £7 for us.....£116 per month in a two bed flat, this town has some of the highest council tax rates apparently.
 and NOW they want to reduce our rubbish collections to every TWO weeks....
 hmmm, we have seagulls all over our town, with a town centre made up of thousands of flats (no bins anywhere) and you should see the mess on bin day once those seagulls have ripped in for their breakfast....
