at the moment mine just keeps binging up about skipping the registering to log in with email adress. getting fed up now.

Just logged into my account and was able to book the 6pm slot, I've *never* had an early slot before, despite being a regular customer - from previous posts on this subject it appears people that rarely use their account are more likely to get a good slot than those of us that spend regularly - which I can totally understand from a business point of view - but it does feel like they value regular customers less. Hey ho, just glad I got one this time.

I shop regular on next online but don't think i'll get a slot for the simple reason is that i dont have the directory delivered...... why do you need it if you shop and browse online anyway??? i don't think its fair how they do this.

Im close to giving up. Im pretty sure that regardless as to whether you have had an email or not you should be allowed to log in if you have a VIP slot. Lots are saying they have logged in but havent had an email. My guess is i havent got one as i cannot log in. TBH its probably a good thing as i wont impulse buy!
