I phoned using the 0800 number from Saynoto0870 and when I got through to the call centre in India I asked to be put through to Customer Services and I then got someone in this country. (I always do that).

I was told that I had a slot and they would be coming out until 5pm today.

I just logged in to my account and the link was there to book from 6pm Wednesday. Will not get email for days yet.

I keep checking but nothing, I spend a fortune too throughout the year.

Can you explain please where you mean when you say you logged into your account and it was there. I don't think I'm going to get one to be honest.

The good news is she did say 'congratulations you have been selected'
The bad news is she could not say when/what slot and emails are going out until Wednesday!

When you log into your account you won't miss it basically. You get a big banner saying VIP sale.

It was a banner across the top of the page when I signed in as normal
