I phoned and asked and they said the note on my account said I was getting one, no luck yet though, will be going out in batches today and tomorrow apparently

meant to also say you don't need to pay to call them on an 0844 number if you click on the help button at the bottom of the page there's an option on the right hand side that allows you to request a call back!!;)

I know what you mean, it's usually all over within 15 minutes.
I did manage to buy a lot last sale and I only had the 2nd slot then.
