    gets better.

now telling someone facing a ccj redetermination hearing that a judge cannot grant a charging order if you are paying a debt.

talk about digging your hole deeper.
  • My first post, so please bear with me.

Similar thing here. I logged into my online Wonga account and proposed a payment plan. Wonga accepted this (similar e-mail to what nameless101 received). This was done on the 5th of July (if I remmeber right), with the Wonga e-mail response showing a timestamp of 7am, 6th July.

Next thing I know, I get a letter from McKinzie Hall (got it yesterday or on Wed, can't remember), saying that as of the 6th of July, the debt has been transferred to them. Nice interesting charges! But Wonga duly collected the first repayment installment via my debit card on the 7th of July.

    What's going on here???

    contact wonga..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Why bother asking a bunch of randoms on the Internet what might be happening? Contact the company and ask what is ACTUALLY happening.

Write to them recorded delivery - address should be on website

    Contact their trade association

    Contact the press

    Maybe drop by the CAB

No-one on here can tell you indefinately what will happen - maybe that is a good thing?

They have history of this sort of behaviour, look
