  • I was under the impression that a bailiff could not be instructed on credit debts unless a CCJ was issued an subsequently defaulted on, and even then they have no power if they are not allowed peaceful entry to the home... (unless there is a car parked outside that is the debtors, not on HP, not insured for business and not a motability car...)

With respect, I've got to question the financial acumen of someone using the username "Bailiff advise" who thinks that bailiffs get debts sold to them.

Absolutely right. Nothing to do with the debt being purchased by a DCA or sold by a creditor.

You're thinking of peaceable entry, which doesn't quite mean what people often think it does. I've written a summary here that describes the issues with regard to council tax, but is still a fair enough guide for this kind of situation too.

  • Yes I did mean peaceable, sorry! Was on auto pilot. Your guide is very good and a very useful post.

I wish more people were aware of their rights where bailiffs are concerned.

dont cut out loans cut out interest rates, why sell people money for a profit? And the way its done is fraud.
Take some time out, go sit on a beach or summat.

You've completely lost it. Your post and a FOTL post on the same thread? we are firmly in Nutjob terrritory now.
  • FMOL hahahahaha not at all my friend, let the members listen to you and get them on dmp's iva's get them to agree with everything a bailiff says when they arrive at their doorstep with fraudulent documents, go on keep feeding the members that are looking for real advise concerning contracts, agreements etc, my english is not good so that gives members like you a feeling of power and then you attack me for it and in return the members think twice, nice move, in fact you that question the truth are the main part of the problem.

Lets say this then, if you members do not want my advise (sorry advice or is it avdise), the offer £2 per month to pay back the creditor, if they refuse just send in your £2 and if they keep refusing then your in the clear, just keep sending £2 to pay off your debt.

NOW BIG POST ADVISERS (or is advicers), WHATS DO YOU WANT TO RELAY TO THE MEMBERS NOW????

that you've just proved with that load of bullarks how daft you really are. :rotfl:

people only need to check back through your previous posts to see what absurd twaddle you have been coming out with.

no credit card agreements are ever enforceable.
    creditors never go to court.
all lending of money is fraud
    bailiffs buy debts
    dmps are run by ips
that a company selling on a debt makes it null
