They havent paid me any dividends, just a tad lobsided towards trading over investors :doh::wall:


This means everyone should be selling on tuedays before ex-div. The game gives bias to most active, which helps the site advertising (but its not realistic)

Purch and others need to sign back in, or it wont show you on the leader board

My stocks are battered and beaten such is the life of a gold bug. Im 4th now

Dollar is stronger, good job figures. All bodes bad for gold however I had anticipated such a possibility ¬_¬ and I think Im ready to win :j


I still recommend http://www.stockchallenge.co.uk/ for anyone trying to improve their aim before doing real money. Its more accurate for one, including dividends, etc

What a funny leader board, where the leader isn't determined by the %age growth of their investment, but more by the size of their initial investment.

Everyone started at 10k of cash, so what you are seeing in the column headers is the current value of what's invested, the current cash, and the total of the two being your net worth. The more net worth, given it all started at 10k, the better.

A couple of my shares are still in profit. VGM I hope wont go bust because they could do well but at last report were mining at a cost exceeding the now dropped gold price, so no wonder the shares are awful.
No profits to share and questionable resource viability

All my shares were gold or similar so I deserve no praise, this is what happens with everything in 1 basket. Does amazing and terrible.
Gold and commodities will turn up again Im pretty sure, Ben was doing POMO today bailing out the market and diluting dollars.

Thats a bit irritating, they have confiscated the XTA shares and given nothing in return. That is pure fantasy :laugh:

I do own XTA myself and they definitely gained value, now listed as GLEN. silly LSE fails
