We had a payment of £200+ into our Bank from EON the other day, when I checked our electricity/gas online statement we were exactly the same amount in credit, so I assume they repay any overpayment at this time of the year because if you don't use it all in the Winter you're not going to use it in the Summer.

I checked online and only my Electricity account is showing so it's like they've closed my Gas account already. I just don't know where they would have got the idea that I was leaving from. After all, my Electricity is still showing as active so why would they just close my Gas? *sigh*

I'm not going to lie, the refund would come in very handy but I'm not going to cash it if I'm not entitled to it!

I had an email saying "Your Gas bill is ready" earlier and was in credit by the exact same amount as the refund, but my Gas account isn't showing online anymore and I don't even know why I'd be given a refund as I pay quarterly online so no set monthly set amount. I literally pay for what we use!

I'm trying not to get stressed about it but I'm hormonal anyway and not very well so find it easy to get stressed at the slightest thing.

Grrrrrr stupid postman.... Do not come to my house if you are only pushing through advertising mailers that arent addressed to anyone!!! Sorry really annoying when they just push through fliers.

Forgot it was Independence Day - we wanted to get married on it when we were in states but had bother with hire car and got held up so went to Grand Canyon instead and got married on 6th instead. (17 years ago nearly) Going to celebrate today anyway as we are going to be too busy next few days. DH says we will celebrate on 8th as well so no complaints from me.
Hope you get Gas sorted out LM - they are so inefficient these companies. No chance of me getting a refund anyway, mine keeps going up.

Aah Becks that's why there were fireworks going off near you, american independence day! We always get them later today near us. It's my sisters wedding anniversary today too.

Sue, cooper looks adorable! I love boxers, always reminds me of the colemans advert! Wish jasper would have a sleep through day, he sleeps all night but energetic through day.

Sheils, glad you got your bargain break sorted too. Hubby said I can collect the sun tokens to go away for a few days somewhere in haven hols.

LadyM, that doesn't sound right about the gas. Hopefully sue is right and it's just your credit but I would definitely phone them as this happened to a friend and she was apparently set up with another company which she knew nothing about! She managed to cancel it and the original company gave her a bonus for the mistake. There's a lot of dodgy companies nowadays. Hope you're feeling better hun and don't let the stress get to you xx

Well done on your wins Jane :T glad you got your dryer sorted out and you've just made me realise, I haven't planned on my kitchen design for somewhere to put my dryer! I can't do without it in the winter!

DD is still off school and drugged up! At least she is getting through it. Fingers crossed my other two haven't got it yet.
