Still raining here - I want to get beds changed and DH wants to cut grass so getting fed up of it now!

It's way too early to be up, got text yday to say person coming to fix dryer be here between 7 n 11 YAWNSSSSSSS Hopefully they can get it working today I need to wash the towels, bath mats, bed covers, clothes u get the idea lol

Can't say I've even enjoyed not having the washing to do as I know I've got sooooooo many loads waiting to go on ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Oh well another day might get lucky n win a washer LOL

DH just got up and chased me off the comps as I was supposed to be checking out Premier Inn offers this morning as the sale started today! It is ok though I found a £19 night we wanted for 19th August so back to comps now.

Morning all.

I was rudely awaken at twenty to three this morning by what i can only describe as a massive fireworks display (well at least thats what it sounded like in my half asleep state) because i woke with a start OH got all worried cos my heart was racing :rotfl:

Morning all, looks like it's going to be a nice day here

Nothing planned apart from washing so an easy day hopefully.

I don't think the blanket plan would work unfortunately wingo, the cage hangs on a frame and Dad wouldn't be accurate enough to cover the birds without swinging the cage about. I was thinking about it last night and I'm sure his upstairs neighbour would pop down and do it of an evening if I asked nicely, he pops in whenever he's going out to see if Dad needs anything, so he's very nice.
