I emailed them because I have problems using the phone and with email I have a written confirmation of what has been said. They're usually really quick at replying so fingers crossed.
I haven't been talking to any other companies. I never do if I'm happy with my service, which I am. We never get cold callers, nobody has phoned me asking if I want to switch, no emails from companies, nothing! It's just strange.2019 Wins
