Watching the tennis here as well, LO still not sleep he has done 2 poos since I put him down, about to get him up but he's sooooo tired esp as he didn't nap yday as well, not gonna be a fun evening I feel.

Just heard back from softplay I complained to them about being told different info on their fb page (which i wrote on to check price/time of it at cheaper price) before we went then got charged the full rate not the tot price......just got a call from them they are sending out some free play vouchers and a letter to me.....pays to complain. Better thou they have informed them of when they should charge the price to, thinnk they been making own rules up but hey I might save a few others a few £s if they turn up near the end of the tot time :D

Shall look forward to going for free during the summer hols as the tot price is only sch term only LOL

Lady Morticia, When I saw this I lol. Had the same From British Gas the other day along with £14.93 refund - I haven't been with British Gas since I move 2 years ago! Hope you got it sorted.

    That's so strange!

We've had British Gas since we moved here 6 months ago and from working out the refund, it looks like it's 6 months worth of Gas!

What did you do with the cheque? I'm still waiting for someone to email me back at the moment.

Hi Lady Morticia - as it was so small I banked it. Naughty I suppose! Looks like yours is a lot more and you are with British Gas, how odd. Would be inclined to bank it and keep it in a separate account for a while to see if they ask for it back as it may show up on your next bill and then you would be in a mess.

I think I'd feel uncomfortable banking it, even if I did just keep it in a separate account.lol.

I'm going to wait for an email back to see what they say. It's so weird but I really don't need the stress of it all at the moment. I hope they don't give me the run around!

Lady Morticia. You are probably wise to wait and see, is the account number on the remittance advice the same as your B.G. account number, if it is it should show up on your next bill. That's generally how it works. You don't need the stress though I can understand that, its just one more thing to think about and sort out. Taking away good comping time too.

It is. I just checked. I thought it might have been a misprint at first. It's a simple error to make by just mistyping a number etc.

The letter says "We're sorry to see you go but here's your refund as promised". Well, it can't be "promised" because I never got in touch with them to close my Gas account! My Electricity account is still fine, however.

I even went onto my online account into the "missing account" bit to try and add my Gas account back but it said that the reference number isn't recognised.

Whatever has happened isn't my fault. I didn't know anything about it until I received the letter.

    Just hope someone replies soon!
