  • I haven't answered him, I wasn't sure if it was possible that he had the posties name and if he told me he sent it standard delivery how can he know if I have had it or not.

In a way I hope it actually does turn up, though i'm doubtful it will after nearly 3 weeks

He won't know whether it's arrived if he didn't send it tracked.
    He's a bluffing bully.

He is just coming out with a load of hot air. Personally I would not even bother reading anymore of his messages.

Ignore him. He won't get far with the Post Office. He should just forget it and move on.

    Leave him appropriate feedback ;).

You can report him for leaving you a false positive and that can get him into a spot of bother too.

That was careless of him, as you can now call eBay, have that false positive removed & he will get a strike against his selling account.

Report him to eBay immediately. Don't let him try and intimidate anyone else.

  • Once again thank you all so much for your help. I contacted ebay and they removed his delightful feedback also made 'appropriate steps' to his account.

All this for a poxy amount of money, I make 100's a week through ebay and in all my years and transactions this one has gave me the biggest headache.
