if you are approaching a blind crest then you should be slowing down anyway to ensure the road is clear.
So back to the case. We have a big miles long straight A road.
On the sections I looked at,it also had a chevroned central section.
So do you feel the driver was a victim of circumstance and there was no dangerous or carelss driving. So two people died through no fault?
You keep asking that and the answer won't change.0 -

Well it will if the general publics view does.
You state 12 people saw it was fine.
to me that indicates a problem with peoples perception.
How else could someone not see a fault with drivers actions?
Well I can't answer for them can I? But you seem determined to put words in my mouth.0 -

Well you wont answer for yourself, you put weight on their opinions.
12 people see no fault on a bus driver running over 2 people.so by that logic he couldnt do anything to avoid it.
If you say so.................but I'll say it again in case you didn't understand. We don't know all the evidence heard in court, all you keep doing is providing media reports that are not the full facts.
Have you got that?0 -

So I'll stick to going on what I can see and experience.
you and John can have a giggle and dismiss it all as being fine.
I mean its only people being killed. Kill 2 cyclists in your life of driving, well they didnt have a helmet on so its not really so bad.
and repeat0 -

Your problem is with the criminal justice system, well in fact two as you pop across the boarder as you see fit, not myself, John or any other member on here.0 -

unlike some I don't make it personal. As your post following this one proves you are incapable of.
You and your ilk are best sticking to telling cyclists what they are doing wrong.0
