Charged for item I never bought in Aldi

I will question it before payment
As a consumer its actually better to question it after payment, the reason being it could be a mispriced item ie a jar of coffee priced on the shelf at £3 and scanning through the till at £6, if you question before payment the retailer could/can explain there is a pricing error on the shelf and the price is actually £6 if you want to purchase the item. If you have already paid for the item they have to refund the difference, before the sale has completed and you have paid they don't have to honour the price.
Although some will adjust the price as a goodwill gesture before payment.0
