    I've just got mine.

    Does anyone know if they charge you should you decide to quit?

    I have just called Fact Finders to tell them to cancel my account as I am on my 3rd non working scanner.

    I have had to have 3 half days off work to wait in for each delivery so I told them that they would have to sort something else out to get the scanner back to them as I wasnt going to lose any more money so they are sending me a postage label so I just need to pop to the post office with it.

    Goodbye Fact Finders !

    Joining shop and scan is by invitation only but they recommend telling friends to fill the form in here.

    Thats the same email as consumer pulse- are they who do the shop-and-scan too? I am a member of consumer pulse, but its not scanning or 'shop-and-scan' can someone please explain to me:confused: ?

    Its all part of TNS group.

    factfinders... joined 28/4/07 points gained 14,965
    I have never won anything or spent the points yet. a 50" tv entertainment system costs about 45,000 points. PSP - 22,000 so in about 2 more years i'll be able to get something decent - that's 4 years so defo not worth it.

    shopandscan and food on the go (1 person)
    joined 15/12/09 amount earned = £90
    much better :)
