• The website has also been taken down now!
• Paid via their HTTPS page as integral part of their site.
Credit Card
• I bought two nearly two weeks ago. I have been ringing them everyday to no avail. I have also emailed them. I did ring I remember the other week as I placed an order over the weekend and I got to speak to someone. It seemed genuine, but everything since smells of a scam. The site is still live it is just not in the Google advertised listings. Has anyone else managed to get anywhere who has bought?

So being £110 cheaper than everywhere else still made you think it was genuine?

Very sorry you got scammed and I hope you paid by credit card as I think you'll be needing to let them know you've been had.

I ordered an iPad from them (him?) on 25th June. So far - nothing, no acknowledgment, no response to email enquiry! Fortunately I paid by credit card and expet to be able to get a refund from them.

Based on the details posted here I wouldn't waste any time in getting onto your credit card company.

I would urge you and anybody else to avoid this site like the plague. I was taken in by this site on Saturday 30th June whilst looking for a good deal for an Ipad 3 and found that this site was the cheapest. It seemed too good to be true, so I browsed the web to found out more information on the web to see if the company was legit. Nothing came up about the company, so in a moment of madness and stupidty, I submitted a payment. Many emails and phone calls later and still no response or iPad. I will be attempting to reclaim the money from the bank, but I fear the worst as I paid via Visa Debit. The best advice that the bank gave when I explained the situation is to pay for such things with a credit card. I've already contacted trading standards about the company so will urge those unlucky like me to forward your cases to them too. Hopefully the more people that report this company, it MAY help to get our money back although I think this will take some time (or never).
• I ordered/bought an IPad3 from this site on 27 June; I called before I did to enquire whether they had the item in stock, whether they could send it by special delivery and how they were able to offer a £70 discount (highest discount I'd found on the net was £20); call was answered after a few rings and bloke I spoke to was v helpful and plausible (well, to 'muggins' me he was); when I placed the order I was whizzed to my credit card provider's secure authorisation/verification site (which, had I not been, even muggins me would have smelt a rat), and then back to the site, but not to a page containing any confirmation of order details so I called again and spoke to the same bloke - he told me that an automatic confirmation should have been issued and might, dependent on my email security settings, have arrived in my spam box (when I checked later it had), he then checked the system, confirmed my order details and emailed a copy of the order to me (that one arrived in my inbox). The last day the item should have arrived was Fri. 6 July; when it didn't arrive the following Mon. 9 July I started calling - no answer - and emailing - also no reply (both to the email address given on the site and the one that arrived in my inbox - they're different, the inbox email address is pegasusprice@europe.com). My credit card company have supsended the payment and put a credit on my account - when I receive and send back the forms they'll investigate, etc; we also checked whether my account has been 'plundered' - the payment was taken on 27 June but no 'plundering' since has happened. Meanwhile, has the IPad arrived - nope; will it ever arrive -I seriously doubt it (all v sad as it was a birthday present for my sister so she's totally presentless - can't even let her open the IPad 'add-on' presents that I and others got her).

So, to any out there considering placing an order with this Co. - don't, or if you must, pay by credit card; to any out there who already have, contact your credit card provider (or bank) asap.

Also, to any out there who have ordered/paid for an item not yet received perhaps you could post how you're getting on, etc - if, as seems to be the case, this is a con, then Mr M Jones - sole named director - could/ought to be tracked down and prosecuted, and I'm pretty sure he would be (which'll possibly be the only comfort to those, like a previous poster, who didn't pay by credit card).
