hi all
i'm hoping someone can help me please.i have been reading through the threads on tablet pc's trying to decide what to get, ie apple or not! i had wanted to spend about £160 ish but none of the reviews seemed too good so i thought maybe i'd try and get a refurbished i pad from apple at £259,at least i know lots of people are happy with theirs.
on googling prices i came across this company - pegasusprice.com advertising for £219.they are based in scotland with a phone number(no answer as it's saturday?) seems too good to be true though, how come they can do it for £110 less than most places?.has anyone any experience with them or know how to check the company to see where it's really registered?
thanks

Seems to be a 3 month old company operating (or allegedly operating) out of a flat in Glasgow.

The website gives an address which misses the "Flat 2/2" off the front of the address given as part of their company registration!

Yes indeed. Every other spec is high, bang for buck it looks like being an absolute bargain. As MS's offering in the sector is in the pipes too, there will be a lot of competition and hopefully innovation coming. Some people will just use an iPad as a benchmark and say if something isn't one, it isn't as good, but that's flawed...keep an open mind and this year will see some great alternatives!

The other posters are correct 82 Barrland street is a domestic block of flats, the deal looks tempting but most likely to good to be true. I am thinking about calling them tomorrow to see if i could pick one up from them as i only live 5 mins from the address i can imagine there answer will be no

Thought I'd seen that logo somewhere before. It's a mirror of the one used by Pegasus Mail: http://www.pmail.com/. :rotfl:
