Hi

Just a quick question I have booked several sun holidays in the past, but for some reason I havent received my priority pack in the post this time, so I have contact them and they have issued me with a reference number via email, but I also asked the question how many tokens do we need to collect this time if you have booked before, but they havent answered me!!

So please could someone let me know, I would be grateful

you need 10 code words you do not need to collect the actual tokens out of the paper

I received a priority email for the promotion in April, but didn't book a holiday with it. This time I didn't get a priority email, but wondered if I would be able to book online using my reference number from the April email and these codes? Presumably this will work if they don't change the reference numbers each time?

Hi Lukeyboy, try emailing them and asking for a new code as you are a previous Sun hol booker.
