I'm so sorry to hear of your loss
I've signed the e-petition, I lost my Dad to Brain cancer last week and whilst it was too late to help Dad, the diagnosis does need to be improved (his GP originally diagnosed him as suffering from Clinical depression???? - eventually an optician spotted there was something wrong and referred him to a different GP)0 -

Will sign in a minute, lost my mum to brain cancer last month, she had cancer in other parts of her body and was the one to ask doctors for a head CT scan as she felt 'woozy'. That was a month before she died.0

Just an update for people coming to this thread late, Red Wine Guzzler's son sadly passed away on Wednesday evening. It says on the petition that it closed in June but I'm figuring there's no harm in signing it now anyway in his memory. The link is http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/351670

It is still open. It closes in 2013
