Oooh I have my mad up!!!

Not only did Sainsbury's have infant formula reduced on the shelf.. the children were little bar-stewards on the way home THEN!!! I get 2 texts and 2 emails from my sons high school with SPELLING ERRORS!!!!! (particually instead of particularly... ggrgrr... sloppy speech!!) So of course I replied to both texts and both emails pointing out the error.. I am known for my spell checking lol.. on the high school form it said 'preferrence' and 'signiture' so I got out my BIG red pen and corrected it and sent a copy to the local rag and a letter of disgust to the LEA.. after all if the LEA are unable to spell properly what chance do the children being taught stand?? I do it with school newsletters and school letters and notes. How difficult is it to spell things wrongly when you have a spell check on everything??

    being interviewed.

it's basically for what was my job anyway before they changed the management structures in all schools about a year ago. I was off sick when it was advertised last time, and as i was off with stress said i wasn't bothered. Also took my ball home a bit as i have never had to have an interview at the school where i am at as they basically give jobs to who they are suited to. (Also, knew i was pregnant and i have too many ethics to apply for a job which i wouldn't be there to do)

But, the guy who applied last time is retiring, and it is available from September again.

It's me versus another guy in my department who has less teaching and management experience.

I don't know how bothered i am about it, but it is good to start thinking about something more than what nursery rhyme to sing next.

    Michelle, x

Can someone please tell me to get a grip. I am sat here knowing I need to get the bolognaise on the go, pick up yet another paper mountain off the kitchen floor (really must hide the girls scissors!!). Everytime the phone rings I think it is our buyers surveyor (and then am P'eed off its not!). I cannot live my life like this. I am never ever buying/selling a house again!!!! (stamps foot in best copying my 4 year old way).

I have ordered some more extraction hood filters this afternoon and that is it!! We go away for a fun family weekend at butlins on Friday and I have not thought about packing let alone done any.

Tonight I will make my list and then cross it off - like I used to. This blinking ear infection seems to have really knocked me off my game.

Well done everyone else for actually doing something today!!

    Shell,

set a timer for thirty minutes. Take the phone off the hook and just do what you can in that time. If it's THAT important, they'll ring back or leave a message.

You have time to start the Spag Bol and start on the paper mountain. Don't beat yourself up about it.....

    have wine:D

Michelle.. that sounds a bit mad.. but if you have more experience in both aspects then you should be the right one for the job. I'm sure you'll soon get into the swing of a new 'system' Good luck sweetie!

    Bolognaise on hob, simmering away.

Cushions from conservatory furniture returned from to their rightfull place and not on lounge floor!

    DVD's pick up in lounge

Gonna pick up paper now (may set timer and let littles have a game of who can collect the most;) )

Wine - only got a tiny bit left in the bottle and dont have vodka left either - there are a few bottles of rum though:D

Best dash upstairs as littles spent 10 mins in playroom which probably means my bed it full of plastic food and cooking utensils:eek:
