Let's see how we do in March - I'm cautious about selling too much bead stock, as every sale I make while I'm still VAT-registered earns me 20% less than it will once I'm de-registered, so I won't be starting the major clearance drive just yet.
  • Whoop whoop!!!! Love reasons for dancing bananas!!!!

Having a lazy day :) Well, not that lazy, I've done a fair bit of laundry which is now getting hailed on outside (the main reason I'm not running today - frostbite two weeks in a row would just be silly), packed up 10 out of 14 orders, answered all my customer queries and am now settling down to £35-worth of proofreading.

I've also ordered all my vegetable seeds for the year, thanks to Pippi for the recommendation of The Real Seed Company :) It probably won't be warm enough for anything to go outside until April, but I can at least get a few things started on windowsills.

I've also done my transcription and proofreading invoices for the month - £317 for Mr RPC and £370 for the agency who, I realise, I have now been with for a year! That's gone very fast...

Busy day - ended up with 34 orders to go, had 7 files to proofread, a little bit of a focus group to transcribe and a long email to type for Mr RPC (who is my favourite client at the moment after paying three invoices in one go and depositing £580 in my bank account this morning :D ).

Mr RPC has now trusted me with the password to his email. He has 1644 unread messages in his inbox :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I spy an opportunity to offer to manage his email for him :D
