Actually really nice
The boys had their rugs off yesterday - the first thing Merlin did was shoot out of the hardstanding area (ignoring his hay!) and go to his favourite muddy rolling spot, naturally :rotfl: I did wonder about putting them on again last night, but they were warm and happy when I fed them at five, so they stayed naked. Fingers crossed that's it for rugs until the fly sheets come out, as it's another sunny, wind-free day. Tomorrow they're going to come up into the top two fields for the day, so Robbie the farrier doesn't have to negotiate the swamp around the hardstanding - whether I'll get them back down the hill again is a different story, I suspect it may involve lots of waving of feed skips! 0 -
Bit of proofreading done, bit of typing done, bit of emailing done, about £25 earned, went for a run this afternoon, did some laundry - feeling like I'm not making much progress at the moment.0

Amazing how much more work you get done in a day when you ban yourself from looking at Facebook
:o:o:o:o Didn't even use Cold Turkey either, all self-control!
Robbie didn't turn up and his mobile was going to answerphone - hope he's okay, as I've just seen in the local paper that there was a two-car crash in his village yesterday. Hopefully it's just a case of my appointment time not making it from text message to diary and I'll get a 'WHOOOPS, sorry!' text tomorrow. The boys have had a lovely day in the top two fields and since the weather's so nice, I've left them up - the gate is open to the lower fields if they want the shelters, which have hay in them.
So, what have I been up to today? Quite a bit of proofreading, packed and posted orders, about 8 minutes of work for Mr RPC replying to emails and sorting out invoices, updated the stock spreadsheet and brought the business accounts up to date. My to-do list is now completely caught up with :T:T0 -

Tantalisingly close to half way there on the overdraft now! I've GOT to get it paid off by May because I don't want to pay another £150 renewal charge, but I'm already starting to allocate money to March's business expenses in YNAB, so I'm nearly at the start of the big push.0 -
So tantalisingly close to 4 figures. It doesn't seem that long ago that the OD itself was at £10k!0% card was £1126.91 / Now £1502.37

Almost below 5k in each of them as well :T. I hope we hit the milestones in 3 consecutive weeks .So tantalisingly close to 4 figures. It doesn't seem that long ago that the OD itself was at £10k!A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Unlikely, unless I cheat, with the Halifax card currently being paid off at £60 a monthAlmost below 5k in each of them as well :T. I hope we hit the milestones in 3 consecutive weeks .
Overdraft under £5k is just about possible if I have a good week next week.
Lots of proofreading today - £27.50-worth - and a bit of work for Mr RPC who may well send more through this evening.0
